Description

This is specialized non staining type neat cutting oil having very high oiliness properties due to presence of fatty material. It possess good foam release ability which prevent overheating of work piece thereby eliminates possible chances of metal distortion.

Application

Broach oil is recommended for flute grinding of drills, reamers and various types of farm grinding tools. This oil is also suitable for gear cutting, hobbling and high speed metal working operations. This oil can be used on both ferrous and non ferrous metals. Low sludging tendency at operating temperature gives good fitter life.
